4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the United Kingdom. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Bandanas & Beyond is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to certain promotions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Personalised items are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

6. Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please ensure that all custom text and design requests are correct before placing your order.

Return and Refund Policy

At Bandanas & Beyond, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade products for you and your furry friends. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are handmade and often personalised, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged or defective.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at natalie@bandanasandbeyond.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalised products (including mugs and pet bandanas with custom names or designs).
Items that have been used or washed.
Sale or clearance items.

3. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, based on your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Once production has started on custom items, we cannot accept cancellations.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If returning for any other reason (if applicable), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
